I had a very good experience with Unicargo. I shipped goods from China to Poland by railway, and the shipment was created on January 6. By February 7, the goods had already arrived at the Amazon warehouse. I especially liked the communication and support from the manager before creating the shipment. Everything was clear, professional, and easy to understand. What I liked even more was the process after the shipment was created. The platform is very convenient: in the personal account I could track the full shipment journey, manage documents, and pay invoices easily. The delivery was completed on time, and everything that depended on Unicargo was handled well. Overall, I’m satisfied with their service and would recommend them.
