Cornilleau AmericaReviews of us.cornilleau.com

Excellent, good service.

Awesome Ping ping table and paddles.

The package arrived as expected, table was very well packaged and tighten to a pallet. Despite good packaging few things got loose inside and few plastic parts were damaged, after contacting customer service got quick acknowledgment of the accident and my case was assigned to a spare parts department, in few days I got shipment details for replacement parts ... actually they sent me more parts than I claimed, now have some extra spare parts for the future. I had a great experience dealing with customer service as it should be. Well done Cornilleau!

Easy order process. Excellent communication with the company. Delivery was very timely and efficient. The table and accessories are high quality and built to last.

Incredible table, fast shipping - can't say enough great things. Buy it!

The service was to fast to help me to get the spare parts I needed!!

Bought from Cornilleau directly. Table arrived in 4 days to Dallas. Good lift gate service. Package was unharmed and went together well. Pleased with purchase.

Table looks great, and is solidly built. Ball and Raquet holders are a welcome feature ! Does not look like a toy, and I expect it to hold up well (I purchased a cover for it to protect it from rain, birds, etc when it is not in use). Perfectly matches my grey stoned pavers on my outside deck by my pool, ( I ordered the gray top color for the table) and my friends and family all love playing with it. The included instructions were not very impressive, however. I had to use the video on your website to assemble it, but I had to pause and rewind the video multiple times to see the assembly details better, because it goes very quickly and is not clearly detailed, but we were eventually able to figure it out without significant difficulty. That is my only criticism, but you should definitely have a better assembly manual/video. It was an expensive table, and I feel that I did get good value for my money. I would recommend this to others.
