We are sorry to hear your delivery did not go as well as you expected. We use many freight carriers and given our current environment there may have been additional challenges. If a delivery is to a residential location in a remote area, it can be more complicated. Small companies often make these types of deliveries with smaller trucks but this can add difficulties. We do not bundle accessories as customer have preferred to select their own so it seems best to price them separately. The instructions do have English but they have other languages as well since these tables are distributed throughout the world. The instructions include images that are to assist you in assembly. In addition Cornilleau has a full library of assembly videos on the Youtube channel which are in English.

When an order is submitted we do not have a shipping estimate nor do we know the tracking number at that time. We sent an update with the tracking but we have been so focused on shipping quickly that it was likely not as timely as it normally would be. We are glad you received your order and we hope you you have lots of fun playing.

Cornilleau takes customer service very seriously and we want to hear about every issue including delivery. We work with reputable LTL carriers, however, it can be a very challenging industry to work with.
