Ahoxkproof table turns up with a large dent on the side.

Thank you so much! Even though the first table was damaged, you kindly sent us a new one! It means so much to our neurodiverse students to have a new table for their annual tournament but to also have a safe place to work out their feelings and thoughts. The students and teachers are thrilled and it is with heartfelt thanks we owe this to your outstanding customer service and care. All the best, Humanex Academy & Humanex Foundation

We had some minor setbacks like paddles not delivered, some of the legs of table scratched up and one of the table tops dented from transport. But with that said its not if something goes wrong it's whether or not one addresses the issues and in a timely manner. They have been great with Replacements on the items. The table looks great and we excited for the delivery so we can get the table set up. Darlene has been wonderful addressing the issues, thank you for that.

Great service, great table.

Customer service person was extraordinarily helpful, professional and extremely patient!

Great product.

The ping pong table arrived damaged so It was refused. I sent an email on a Saturday and promptly got a reply that another would be shipped. It arrived on 3 days later! Amazing service!

Placed order and follow-up info was excellent. Had a problem with a missing cover which was addressed immediately along with all pre-requisite and efficient customer service. Quality product well designed and advertised as sold. Very happy with the table, but my game!!!!!!
