I ordered the breo ipalm 520e hand massager but then decided I wanted to upgrade to the Breo Wowo. Instead of going through the shipping return hassle Breo offered to give me a full refund and have me keep the product. Both products are great but I love how I can specialize my massage with the wowo and how its pressure is stronger.

Compared to other brands I tried before, Breo’s product feels much more refined, quiet, and comfortable. At the same time, I also purchased the hand massager. Since I have relatively small hands, the pressure was not as strong as I personally expected. However, what truly stood out to me was the professionalism and kindness of the Breo customer service team. They were very patient in listening to my concerns, responded promptly, and genuinely tried to provide a solution that would work best for me. I really appreciated how respectful, understanding, and customer-focused they were throughout the entire process. Breo’s customer service team absolutely exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism and willingness to help made me feel valued as a customer. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Breo eye massager to anyone looking for high-quality wellness products and excellent customer support.

I ordered one Breo scalp massager and accidentally received two. I contacted customer support and they kindly told me I could keep the extra one. Tried it yesterday and honestly loved it — very relaxing and feels great on the scalp. Great customer service and a great product too!

I recently bought their hand massager product and while it wasn’t for me, there was nothing wrong with the construction or the operation of the unit. Contacting customer service about my options for a refund and return they offered to give me a full refund for the product. This level of customer service is hard to find and I recommend anybody who is thinking about purchasing a product from this company to not hesitate as they will clearly meet your expectations or exceed if you have any issues.

I had such a great experience shopping with Breo. The neck massager I ordered is really good quality and made of beautiful and soft material! It looks and feels very luxurious. Also, Breo has amazing customer service and they are very responsive.
