Purchased the mini massager as a Xmas gift. It works well as advertised and the heat setting is particularly nice. You can customize the settings too which is helpful so you can adjust the experience as needed. I would consider other Breo products in the future. Separately, I required some help from customer service and found them to be prompt and helpful.
