Breo is an excellent company. I have been using their products for over 4 years. My first purchase (a head massager) was smooth and seamless-- and before I pulled the trigger on the order they were super helpful in answering my myriad questions in a clear and timely manner. More recently, I had a wear and tear issue with one of their products. They were prompt in getting it resolved for me, even though they were not obligated to help. These people really care about their customers!

Customer service is responsive and professional. Unfortunately the product didn't work well for me due to scalp sensitivity but customer service was able offer a refund. Highly recommend this company since they have confidence in thier product and stand behind thier refund policies.
