URWizardsReviews of urwizards.com

Overpriced dropshippers with extremely bad quality. I spend $77 on 2 sets from this site. $92 with shipping. A hollow metal dragon set and a blind bag set. A bit after my purchase i found the 'exact' same hollow dragon set on Temu for 1/3rd the price. And seeing the quality of the dice URWizards provided, it doesnt surprise me they're actually temu quality. I expected premium dice for the price paid but instead got cheap shit. The blind dice set was equally dissapointing. The numbers looked like they have been applied using stickers rather than engraved or properly integrated into the dice. Even the cheapest dice i own have their numbers engraved so these are even worse then Temu quality Overal i would not recommend URWizards to anyone looking for good value or quality dice

Ordered two sets of dice, both arrived damaged in some way. The metal set was dented and full of random chunks of metal, and the crystal set was chipped in the corners. I emailed their support immediately after they arrived, its been two weeks, and I still haven't heard back.

I am completely unhappy with the dice. They are lightweight, like plastic. One side of the die is solid black, like a stand for the object inside that was supposed to be holografic. The dice seem cheap, not resin or acrylic. I emailed several times about returning for a refund but no answer. Ended up going past the 14 day limit to return, did not send them because I suspect I wouldn’t have gotten a refund or the dice back.

Don’t order from them please, I ordered a $75 set and never received them. I am emailing them every few days but they are not responding. They responded to the first email and said had the wrong address but I checked and they did not so I requested they send them again. No response. I asked for them to just respond and got no response. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau soon if they won’t help. Sadly my order is on a gift card so there is little I can do to get the money back. I am so angery I could Barbarian Rage.

Ordered £400 worth of dice, and they never arrived. I tried to contact them but did not get anywhere with them. Struggling to get my money back 4 months after my original order was placed. Avoid at all costs

This is a Chinese scam company with botted reviews. I placed an order for a set of dice and was told it would take 1.5 weeks to ship. More than a month later I have received no shipping confirmation and their customer service is no longer replying to my emails asking for updates (I have reached out 3 times since). Don't purchase here unless you want to be ripped off.

Ordered a set of dice and after using them twice the D4 shattered. Haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone at the company.

Set up a custom order with unique images and font. I clearly explained what I wanted for each dice and when I got the design back they didn't even use the font I sent them. That wasn't the only problem. Apparently they only can fix 1 mistake per email because it took 10 emails to get the design to what I originally requested. I let that slide and then waited for my product. I got a tracking number and the emailed displayed what was in the order. Not my order. Not even close. I ordered 10 dice and they show me being sent 4. Different dice completely. Customer service has stopped responding entirely. I want my 140.00 dollars back.
