URWizardsReviews of urwizards.com

My package came better then I expected. My dice were protected in a hard plastic case inside a beautiful white bag. Their customer help is amazing. Every step of the way I was given updates and information. 100% going to buy more dice

I ordered a wooden dice box and a full set of dice and I absolutely love it! With the order came a little bag and a felt tray and a very cool sticker hehe. I asked beforehand how quickly the order could be shipped and was very surprised to see that it did arrive shortly after. That was very nice! After seeing everything I quickly made the choice that I would definitely buy something again. The only problem is choosing what to buy because everything is just so gorgeous!

Had a shipping issue where the local post office lost the die but once I reached out to URWizard they solved it immediately.

Just got my dice a couple days ago, and they look awesome! Customer service is very responsive, the packaging is done really well too. Definitely worth the price.

I have ordered from UrWizards a couple of times now, and given the brittle nature of the material ordered, the seller has both times, quickly and with no argument arranged to resolve any issues that I have faced. Shipping is tracked and very reasonably priced. The product design is fantastic and arrives looking very much as pictured. Seller communication is clear and concise. This seller offers everything I look for in customer service.

Communication was excellent and the dice were gorgeous. I purchased two sets as gifts for friends and they were over the moon at how beautiful the dice were.

Arrived fast and looks gorgeous! Seller communicated things quickly and easily!

The custom engraving was for a friend and he simply loved it!!! Tampa Bay Buccaneers flag neatly engraved on top! Simply beautiful!
