I do want to clarify a few important points. Your program was set up with a titration schedule, starting at the lower dose and increasing over time, which is standard for both safety and effectiveness. Early results can vary from person to person, especially in the first few weeks. Additionally, your first injection was spilled, so that dose unfortunately could not provide any therapeutic benefit. Regarding your refund request, we followed our published refund policy for 12‑week programs. Because these orders require significant upfront costs on our end, the policy allows for a 40% refund on the unused portion. We did issue that refund immediately upon your request. We understand this wasn’t the outcome you hoped for, and we truly wish your experience had been different. If you’d like us to review anything further or help you understand the dosing schedule or expectations, we’re here and happy to assist. Thank you for your feedback. I took a look at your order, and it was placed on Saturday and shipped out on Wednesday—just one day later than our standard processing window. We always aim to ship as quickly as possible, even over weekends. Regarding the product itself, everyone responds differently to these formulations. Many customers find Quadmix highly effective, while others prefer Trimix. You are absolutely still able to use Trimix if that’s what works best for you, and we want you to have the option that gives you the best results. In looking at your account, it appears your order was approved after business hours on Thursday, and since the pharmacy does not ship on Friday through Sunday (due to cold shipping requirements), it was shipped first thing on Tuesday and delivered the next day.
