I used to have thick curly hair and after using Urcoolest hair shampoo and conditioner for a couple months. My hair is thin and straight...what happened? It's been a few months since I've stopped using it and my natural hair still h asnt come back :(

Tracking said product was delivered 12 days ago and it has never arrived. I will wait to see what the company says - if this can be resolved I will delete my review and review the product when I receive it. Otherwise - I can only put one star for now - having ordered 1 month ago and getting incorrect tracking update.
