This is a total scam, ordered goods in December 2025, and still not received them, or a refund. Terrible service.

Placed our order over a month ago. Tracking number leads to no where. The sms number has gone unanswered for weeks. Can’t rate the product, but urcoolest.com seems like a BIG SCAM!!

1. The product works wonderfully. Leaves my hair soft and minimized tremendously hair falling out. 2. I think it's too strong. I used a indicated, 10 minutes twice for extremely damaged hair. After use, I got the worse migraine ever, and for about 2 weeks my head was feeling like it was burning inside. 3. Also it stripped my color. I had a cognac tint and after 2 weeks of use I'M BLONDE!!!🤦🏽‍♀️ 4. It took a VERY LONG TIME to come. (Over a month) 5. Will NOT be finishing the product or buying again. ** I wanted to give 2.5 stars but don't know how to do the .5.

Wow what a waste of money. My normal conditioner is better than this and cheaper. Will not be buying again

After 2 months, product still has not arrived. I've contacted them multiple times and the first couple of times they assured me the product had been shipped and was in transit. Now there is just no response. I've asked for a refund and no response to that either. SCAM!! Update… several days after I posted this review, they did offer and process a refund.

They don't honor refund policy, product is of very small portion,comes in a similar caprisun size pouch for $32 and works same as any other conditioner .The website reviews are fake and won't let you write one.Product took almost two weeks to ship and about a month to be delivered.This is a China product coming from overseas.
