I received 3 pairs of defective sandals. I returned them with the RMA#69776 on the 9th of March and still haven't received a refund. This is horrible. Order #2409845 ***Update*** Merchant issued refund immediately after this review. Thank you!!!

The shoes fit perfectly and were very comfortable! Shipping was fast and reliable.

I recently was on the hunt for a a pair of blue sneakers for a girls trip. It is imperative to have a pair of shoes that are not only reasonably priced, comfortable but they HAVE to be FLY!!! I placed my order after seeing these shoes and wondering how they would look in person. The communication was stellar I got an email immediately confirming my order (Order #2409263) and the following day I got a shipping confirmation email. My items arrived in under 5 days. The shoes look even better in person, I am pleasantly surprised!!!!! Can't wait to wear them!!!!

I am very pleased with the fast, hassle free service I received on the order I placed with urbanog.com. I was able to track my order, came on the date it said it would. And the best part is they have the cutest shoes, and the prices are great. Order no. 2408937
