Changes with urbanog website
I have been a loyal customer for 2 1/2 years. I am writing another review due to the changes with the website. I would like to ask the company why did standard shipping price go up to $13? It use to be $5 standard shipping rate. Also, what happened to deals of the day? I understand that now the whole site is 50%off but it’s pointless because a person cannot receive free shipping if over $50 and use the 50% off code. Please bring back the deals your company previous had. Kindly, Urbanog Customer

Worst place to shop at
This is honestly the worst place to shop on! Beware of their cheap crap they buy in Los Angeles then overprice! They never really have sales bc when they do they bring up the actual cost of the item! When you call them and confront them about it they have a rude so called 'supervisor' that knows nothing about the company! I call for a refund for a return and they do not have an accounting or returns department. This company is phony and would never even waste 1 penny at this place! There's no wonder the company is going down!

STOLE MY CARD
I ordered despite some bad reviews but they stole my credit card or gave it to people and now there are charges being made from other countries etc I have 3 charges from Netflix and Walmart and some were not sent because they were deemed fraudulent. Save yourself the trouble

Stolen credit card number
I ordered from this company even after I read the negative reviews. The clothing came quickly, and was of decent quality. The company customer derive was even very helpful. But after I ordered, my credit card number was stolen and $2300 was spent. Even though I enjoy the website's products, I'll never buy from here again.

NEVER ANY ACTUALLY SALES AT THIS PLACE!
I don't like the fact that when this place has these great looking sales of 25 and 30% off, they actually hikes up the price of each item so they can get the same amount for the item when there is no sale. A pair of shoes and a shirt that i was watching for a couple of weeks, each went up by 5% after pushing their sale from 25 to 30%. I will never even visit this site again.
