AMAZON NEVER MISS WITH THEIR PACKAGE. IM GOIN ON. VACAYand it looks like i will not get my shoes..pple want a good shopping experience...and you lie about it...i will report to BBB. IM SURPRISED that you are still up and running....no excuses i better get my shoes.no number to speak to a representative. its a busy signal and hang right up.I NEED MY SHOES...ITS PASS 10 DAYS NOW. Even fashion nova sent my package already...and i even ordered from you first.....BIG TIME S CAM!.. what are you goin to say now huh?...oh and they didnt send no confirmation email as well.

I am very dissatisfied with the whole customer service an company in general I ordered shoes on 6-14-19 I have yet to receive my shoes call customer service number several times never got an answer also emailed for them to write me back about confirming my address still have not talked to person yet or have not received a refund or gift card nothing do not order from them seems like a SCAM SCAM They will never get my service a again an I going to report them VERY VERY VERY DISHONEST COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO GIVE A WAY THEY R THIEVES

(Order 2384522) I bought two pairs of shoes for a wedding coming two weeks later on 6/14/19. Five days went by and no shipment. I emailed them asking what the hold up was as I wasn’t sent any email or notice regarding my order other than the fact that it was placed and obviously they took my money already. I was told it’d ship by end of day. Then about two hours later I’m sent an email stating that my items were “defective” and couldn’t be shipped and that I could either arrange replacements equal to the original amount or if more, I’d have to pay the difference, or get refund. Me being foolish to think I was dealing with a legitimate company, continued with getting replacements (which was no easy task). They had one the same exact pairs I bought but over twice the price. And then I browsed and saw the other same pair,same price color, and size right on the site up for purchase. They lied. I emailed them only to get a bunch of lame excuses that made no sense. Since I was desperate for the wedding was now a week away with no other options, I ended up choosing one original pair and a new pair slightly more in price and paid a difference via PayPal. It was successfully confirmed and my order was updated along with tracking. That was two weeks ago....it’s been almost three weeks since I even placed the order to begin with and still no package. I emailed them asking for a refund twice since the order is obviously never going to come, and was completely ignored. No response whatsoever,and their phone number is fake.....this company isn’t legitimate do not buy from them they’ll take your money and you’ll get nothing in return.

I have shopped urbanOg for yrs all of a sudden the site is different when you click on apparel there isn't any but still says they sell clothes something is fishy with urbanOG now bad reviews with no responses and the only responses you see is to the fake people who say they love it! I have spent hundreds of dollars with them and will never again..BE WARE! TRY GOJANE THEY HAVE SAME SHOES URBANOG HAS BEEN TAKEN OVER BY CROOKS!! IM SURE THIS REVIEW WONT BE POSTED!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Urbanog online is ridiculous. The quality of the shoes are cheap but you get what you pay for. I sent shoes back to the company they acknowledged that they received it but they never returned my money. When I kept asking for a refund they stopped responding to me.

Ordered My Shoes For An Event On The 26th of October...Needless To Say The Tracking Info Wasn't Up To Date. I Emailed Them For A Refund Once I Couldnt Be Provided With Correct Tracking Info. Never Got A Response Back About My Refund..Finally My Shoes Showed Up On 11/15...Almost A Month Smh Very Unsatisfied

You guys have the worst of customer service. I have been ordering with you guys for years and one time that I have a lost package you guys refuse to refund me and just tell me to deal with it. Classic. I am for ever done ordering with you guys as well as any of my friends who I have ever told them about you guys.

I orderd for my first time and I liked the50% percent off there prices so I went ahead n orderd boots with my percentage n promo code n i checked out and I saw the total it was all good then only to be charged the full ridiclouse amount on my bank statement I tryed calling them but there closed I will call first thing Monday morning not a very good expierence for my first time with OG.Urban.co if they do not clear this up I want a full refund n won't shop with them ever n i shop alot when I find new shops online
