UrbanogReviews of urbanog.com

After reading the reviews I was a little weary about ordering from them. But the items I wanted ran for almost $60 on other sites and they were only $30 at Urban OG so I went ahead and gave them a try. I placed my order Mar 1 and it was processed by Mar 3. I received my item Mar 7, a day before it was suppose to be delivered. This was with standard shipping. Although the items have sort of a chemical smell to them, I'm sure that letting them sit out will get rid of the smell. That's the only reason I'm giving them 4 starts, but overall I had a great shopping experience with them. I will be looking forward to ordering more from them.

I was a little scared by the reviews saying that they got beat up shoes or shoes the wrong size. I ordered black above knee stiletto boots in size 9. I'm normally a size 9.5 but my mom suggested that I go a size down since they did not have 9.5. I got the boots in about a week and they fit perfectly. If anything the 9s were big enough that I could wear normal socks. The boots were also about $35 including shipping because they had a deal for shoes so the boots cost much less than any other site I saw. The boots are fairly comfortable. More comfortable than I was expecting based on my other pair of heels that are that high. Overall I was happy.

Ordered a few times from here with no problems. Shipping took a week to New York. Super cute shoes with Great prices.. they always have discounts!

Not to pricey love the different sale features and of course my fav deal of the day. Cute and affordable the points for shopping also another feature i love team urbanog

SHOE QUALITY: I've ordered from UrbanOG about 4 or 5 times now. (majority of which, took place within the last two months) I must say every almost time I've ordered a pair of shoes, I notice that the shoes have minor damages. However, about to days after I ordered two pair of shoes from them on a Monday, I woke up that Wednesday to a California area code calling me. (I live in Houston) I answered, and it was UrbanOG alerting me that one pair had a minor dent on the left shoe and minor scratches on the right shoe. Not only did they call me, but they also emailed me pictures of the "minor scratches and dent". They offered me an extra 30% off (for a final sale) and told me I had until Friday to make my decision. Every time I called them, they answered which I adored. I received the shoes and they were honest about all damages and the scratches were honestly teeny tiny, but the fact that they warned me before taking my money was amazing. I've only had one shoe that didn't fit as comfortably but that all depends on the brand and/or manufacturer. (Bamboo and Wild Diva are two really good brands just off top) SHIPPING. If I order something Monday morning, I know I'm going to get my package Friday evening. They use UPS shipping which happens to be my "favorite" out of USPS and FedEx. However, this also can vary depending on state or province. CLOTHING QUALITY: I've only ordered one pair of pants which comes from their new plus size line. The pants are true to size and amazingly comfortable. (I wish I could tell you more about the quality of the clothing, but I can't after one item) ACCESSORIES: I ordered a pair of sunglasses from them and they are AMAZING. I received them in tip top, amazing, shape. Nothing was broken. (Not even a fingerprint in sight) SAVING: UrbanOG is already one of the more affordable online shopping sites, BUT they offer so many great sales such as 25%, 30%, or even 50% off on the regular which lasts for a few days at a time. CONCLUSION: Although UrbanOG's shoes can have some minor kinks, the prices are great and the customer service is amazing ! I plan on ordering from them in the NEAR future and will keep y'all posted. HOPE THIS HELPS.

I don't understand why there are more bad reviews than expected but my experience has been nothing but good! I've ordered from them four times. I had a slight issue with the first shipping but it was UPS fault, not necessarily Urbanog. I had to pick up my package from a UPS facility because I missed the delivery time and UPS had my package all beat up but the items were still in tact...once again, that's UPS fault since I pretty much know how their package handlers can be. URBANOG also notified me in writing on the packing receipt that one of my items was currently out of stock and refunded me my money. The other three times, everything went smoothly. I'm getting ready to place another order now...affordable, good quality and good customer service.

So I decided to order from this site because I saw how affordable the items were. I read some of the reviews and it scared me but I decided to try them out anyways. I placed my order on Aug. 12th and got it today Aug. 20th. When ordering I tried to put in a promo code but it wouldn't go. I called in and they did it for me and refunded my money back to my card. The shoes are cute but they are a little too tight (I think I need to break them in). Oh and when I took the shoes out the box, the bottoms looked as if someone had tried them on but they weren't scuffed up or anything. But overall I actually like their service and shoes! :)

Just ordered again! Love their shoes, and I dont see anyone else in them, here in dk :) the shipping is a little expensive, but its also a very long way :)
