I checked your order and it was placed over the weekend 2019-10-11 20:37:37 and the company doesn't process orders on weekends. I see that our accounting department already refunded you: Refund has been issued on 2019-10-03 10:25:32 (Trans ID: 6kwmwzmn). Msg: Amazon lost package. The total refund amount is $44.44 (Refund may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect on your account.) UrbanOG switched shipping carriers to Amazon outsource and they lost a lot of packages. You can see most of the bad reviews are because of Amazon lost packages. We have since switch to another shipping company. Hopefully they will provide a better shipping experience.
