Fast shipping, fair prices. Wish I ordered another item though so it could have been included in the original shipping cost, as shipping is kind of costly -- but very fast!

Very honest and helpful operation. Responsive to emails and calls. Willing to customize complex orders....pays attention to details...and actually checks work and gets it right the FIRST time. Love the new Pitlock products and prices here are highly competitive. I’m impressed and will be coming back.

Great company and even better customer service! Very knowledgeable, Fast email replies and fast shipping! I ordered a Pitlock replacement key and even though I forgot to put the code in the order I was able to email Jason and he fixed my issue before the order shipped out and I was sent the correct key. He even noticed I incorrectly put one digit from the code and which I didn’t notice till I looked at the card again. I give them 10 out of 10 and will definitely continue doing business with them!!
