Mr. Mercer explained the course material very well and gave real life examples. He also provided more templets about certain area that did not come with the course.

The powerpoint slides are helpful and I think they will be a great study resource. I wish we spent more time with practice questions and overcoming the trickiness of the wording. Overall though each day I learned more and more so I feel the motivation to keep learning.

Stephen Mercer was a very thorough and indepth instructor. I liked how it was broken into modules to intake the vast amount of knowledge systemically. I feel he covered each component in great detail with real life examples to make it more relevant. In addition, he interacted with the class with practice tests, simulations and was patient with the entire class. Thank you for this opportunity

Attended a great introductory course that has prepared me for the preparation course. This has answered all of my questions and I can tell that the team and Upskills truly want us to learn, understand, and retain this information well.

Great course, lots of information! Mr. Mercer did a great job in presenting the material and and keeping a good tempo. It is a bit like drinking from a firehose so it will require time to go over all the material on your own. Only issue I had was I printed the presentation sent out at the time I registered and Mr. Mercer has made some adjustments that increase the quality of the presentation so wait to use his presentations or else you will be making a fair amount of notes/changes to the material.
