It's challenging to create a 4 day/ 35 hour bootcamp that can cover all the material found in the PMBOK course book but topics Stephen covered were well explained and helped answer any uncertainties. The extra learning material that was provided along with difficult questions and explanations were the most helpful and I wish more time could be added to the course to elaborate and train more on how to decipher the questions. Stephen has a way of explaining difficult material in an easy, digestible way. and I'd recommend him as an instructor.

The instructor, Stephen Mercer, was incredibly knowledgeable and it was a great experience going through the prep class with him. As someone who has not done previous PM coursework, the course does not cover basics, but that's to be expected for a four-day course.

The PMP instructor Stephen Mercer had lots of knowledge on the subject matter and was clearly understood. The Slide deck seems to be disorganized and not easy to follow. I think this is because of the new way the material is presented.

Stephen Mercer was a good instructor and the content was good as well. His edits to the slides provided to him by the content provider (and approved by PMI) plus the instructor companion slides were helpful. The only downside is this class is supposed to fulfill the 35 hour training and we've spent on average 5 contact hours daily in class (9-3pm CT with 1 hr lunch), so 20 contact hours. The class was supposed to run until 5pm CT. I don't feel the mock tests we are given to take after the content for the day makes us the rest of contact hours. I would have preferred additional hours in class to further dig into the content deeper than is on the slides. It is a summary course based upon the ECO and doesn't cover project management basics such as the five process groups.

Upskills Certifications PMP class was quite useful and was a good review of the PMBOK content. Stephen Mercer is an excellent instructor who supplemented the standard materials with relevant examples which helped me solidify my understanding and made the class interactive and enjoyable.
