My representative Brian Goldstein is great. He is clear, thorough, polite and explains things well. I would give him 5+ stars. I have been happy with the ads overall, and tweaking them has been an easy process for me. I do believe his team understands our brand and communicates it the way I want it to be expressed. Working with Brian has been easy. (Great job, Brian!) Upscale itself gets a 3 or 4 for this reason - a couple different times when their relationship with Meta impaired their work, it caused down-time or extra effort on everyone's end, including mine. I cannot say it is their fault, however; I know Meta is a huge, confusing, faceless company that is difficult to work with. I hated dealing with Meta when I was doing my own ads previously, so I am grateful to have someone else doing it for me. Overall, I am happy with our relationship, and if the Meta complications improve, I will consider rating the company higher.

We hired Upscalable for SEO for our growing gutter company. When they sent us our initial report, it was for the wrong company. Mistakes happen, I get it. Human error as they called it. But as small business owners when marketing budgets are tight during very trying times. Mistakes cost money, them and us. We decided to cancel the service and requested a refund. This all started in February of this year. It took me coming on Trustpilot in April and leaving a review for them to reach out and asked me to remove the review because it was causing harm to their business and they would refund our $500. Additionally, they asked me to send them an email stating that I would not leave another review. We finally got our refund on May 12, 2026. This isn't about the $500. This is about a very large company bullying a small business owner and I think other small business owners should be aware of the tactics used by this company. I've saved every email. They are going to come on here with a lot of things such as it was a human error, that the company's name was close to ours ( it wasn't and the mediator even agreed with me on that recorded phone call as well),that we deleted their app called basecamp so that was the drop in communication. We did delete it and started communicating via email so we could have documentation of our own. It's bad that I don't want to even really leave this review for fear of any repercussions from them. But as a small business owner, I feel it's only right.
