⭐ Very disappointing experience with Upscalable I hired Upscalable because I genuinely believed they were going to help me grow my business and improve my advertising. I paid for three months of service, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. There were multiple problems with the ads they created for my business. Important details about my product were incorrect, and I repeatedly had concerns about the way my product and business were being represented in the advertising. I expected an advertising company to make sure the information in my ads was accurate. I was also told that Upscalable would help me get my TikTok Shop up and running. I was counting on that assistance and specifically chose their services with the understanding that they would help me with this. However, when it came time to discuss renewing, I explained that I was not ready to commit to another month until my current September period was completed. At that point, I was essentially told that I was on my own when it came to my TikTok Shop. Now I am also being told that they have already created my September ads and that they can no longer support me. That is extremely frustrating. I paid for three months of service, and I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect the company I hired to provide the support and service that was represented to me during that time. My biggest issue is not simply that I didn’t get the results I hoped for. Advertising doesn’t always produce immediate results, and I understand that. My issue is that the advertising contained errors, I had concerns about how my product was being represented, and promised assistance with TikTok Shop was no longer available when I wasn’t ready to renew early. I invested a significant amount of money and trusted Upscalable to help me. Instead, I feel like once I wasn’t ready to immediately renew, the level of support changed. I am leaving this review because other small-business owners should know exactly what my experience was like before deciding to make a similar investment. I sincerely wish the experience had been different.

At first, I was very pleased with the design of my website and continue to love that aspect. Unfortunately, my experience changed when it came to the SEO services I paid for. After reviewing the website myself, I found that many of the SEO items I had paid for had not been completed. Photos did not have appropriate alt text or descriptions, had to add that all myself. I also found numerous pages with missing or incorrect keywords, titles, and metadata. After examining the website's source code and having the site independently reviewed, I became concerned about how little of the SEO work I had paid for had actually been implemented. I have no completed the work all myself. I ultimately removed their Google Analytics code and set up my own tracking through Google Site Kit. I have also removed their access to my website and changed my passwords. I am currently attempting to recover the money I paid for the SEO services that were never completed. When I raised these concerns with Upscaleable, they stopped responding to me. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Upscaleable for SEO services at this time, particularly to other wedding-industry vendors who are relying on their website to generate business. Buyer beware. I strongly recommend verifying the SEO work yourself before assuming it has been completed.

John and his team have been extremely responsive to our questions and delivered content and updates to us on a regular basis. While they build our website we have also utilized them for SEO optimization as well as some intro social media and brand building.

I am pleased with the service. I have never had experience with a marketing company or social media help. It is very helpful with information to post.

I highly recommend John Parker and his team for anyone looking for reliable, professional, and customer-focused service. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. What stands out most is how responsive they are — they always reply promptly and keep the lines of communication open. They explain everything in clear, everyday language, which makes the entire process feel approachable and stress-free. We never felt overwhelmed or out of the loop. Their communication is frequent and transparent. They make sure to check in regularly and, most importantly, they double-check that every step meets our standards and expectations before moving forward. This attention to detail and commitment to quality has been impressive. John and his team have truly been outstanding partners on this project. They go above and beyond to deliver excellent work while making the experience comfortable and collaborative. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again and will gladly refer them to others. Highly recommended!
