⭐ Very disappointing experience with Upscalable I hired Upscalable because I genuinely believed they were going to help me grow my business and improve my advertising. I paid for three months of service, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. There were multiple problems with the ads they created for my business. Important details about my product were incorrect, and I repeatedly had concerns about the way my product and business were being represented in the advertising. I expected an advertising company to make sure the information in my ads was accurate. I was also told that Upscalable would help me get my TikTok Shop up and running. I was counting on that assistance and specifically chose their services with the understanding that they would help me with this. However, when it came time to discuss renewing, I explained that I was not ready to commit to another month until my current September period was completed. At that point, I was essentially told that I was on my own when it came to my TikTok Shop. Now I am also being told that they have already created my September ads and that they can no longer support me. That is extremely frustrating. I paid for three months of service, and I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect the company I hired to provide the support and service that was represented to me during that time. My biggest issue is not simply that I didn’t get the results I hoped for. Advertising doesn’t always produce immediate results, and I understand that. My issue is that the advertising contained errors, I had concerns about how my product was being represented, and promised assistance with TikTok Shop was no longer available when I wasn’t ready to renew early. I invested a significant amount of money and trusted Upscalable to help me. Instead, I feel like once I wasn’t ready to immediately renew, the level of support changed. I am leaving this review because other small-business owners should know exactly what my experience was like before deciding to make a similar investment. I sincerely wish the experience had been different.

At first, I was very pleased with the design of my website and continue to love that aspect. Unfortunately, my experience changed when it came to the SEO services I paid for. After reviewing the website myself, I found that many of the SEO items I had paid for had not been completed. Photos did not have appropriate alt text or descriptions, had to add that all myself. I also found numerous pages with missing or incorrect keywords, titles, and metadata. After examining the website's source code and having the site independently reviewed, I became concerned about how little of the SEO work I had paid for had actually been implemented. I have no completed the work all myself. I ultimately removed their Google Analytics code and set up my own tracking through Google Site Kit. I have also removed their access to my website and changed my passwords. I am currently attempting to recover the money I paid for the SEO services that were never completed. When I raised these concerns with Upscaleable, they stopped responding to me. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Upscaleable for SEO services at this time, particularly to other wedding-industry vendors who are relying on their website to generate business. Buyer beware. I strongly recommend verifying the SEO work yourself before assuming it has been completed.

We hired Upscalable for SEO for our growing gutter company. When they sent us our initial report, it was for the wrong company. Mistakes happen, I get it. Human error as they called it. But as small business owners when marketing budgets are tight during very trying times. Mistakes cost money, them and us. We decided to cancel the service and requested a refund. This all started in February of this year. It took me coming on Trustpilot in April and leaving a review for them to reach out and asked me to remove the review because it was causing harm to their business and they would refund our $500. Additionally, they asked me to send them an email stating that I would not leave another review. We finally got our refund on May 12, 2026. This isn't about the $500. This is about a very large company bullying a small business owner and I think other small business owners should be aware of the tactics used by this company. I've saved every email. They are going to come on here with a lot of things such as it was a human error, that the company's name was close to ours ( it wasn't and the mediator even agreed with me on that recorded phone call as well),that we deleted their app called basecamp so that was the drop in communication. We did delete it and started communicating via email so we could have documentation of our own. It's bad that I don't want to even really leave this review for fear of any repercussions from them. But as a small business owner, I feel it's only right.

Beware!!! I hope you never have to go through what-a horrible nightmare I went through with this marketing company. I signed up with them to market my cookbook on 11/4/2024 they dragged me until the end of March, 2025! During this 4 months they hardly generated a few simple videos for marketing, only after I kept returning the videos back for poor performance, they kept lying, and telling me that they are working on nothing. When they finally got one video published on instagram they posted on it a cookbook that was not mine. I paid $1250 and received zero! I am a retired teacher, I paid them the money I saved especially for marketing, poor service, unreliable, lies on top lies very unprofessional company, I never got my money back, I sent an email and never got a response, shame on them
