I had a problem with my activation code today, after updating to the latest version, ie 2026. I used the headphone link in the software, top right next to browse to recover. It opened up an instant support window, with live chat. within a few minuets they fixed my problem. Great service form the support team. Recommended A+

Don't advertise a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee if there are so many restrictions. Requesting a refund within 30 days still did not result in a full refund. Very disappointing.
