Easeus software is not good but their technical support is commendable. I paid for their Data recovery software which would show the files on scanning but failed to recover files. I reached out to the team to bring this to their knowledge and they offered technical support for a premium amount. However, I took the deal. Frank was the technician assigned to me and I must say he has been very co-operative throughout. Although I wasn't able to recover all my data, but I was better of in a position hence, I am grateful for their deep support. However, wish I could say the same for their data recovery software. But the software is complete disappointment. I only shows the files but doesn't help recover it, hence failing it's purpose all together.

Easeus advertising stated that it "Guaranteed" it would recover " An inaccessible hard disk". "A damaged or corrupted hard disk or external hard drive". " A disk that was initiated upon connection" My disk was corrupted. It found all the files but wouldnt recover them. So i contacted their tech support and was told they could recover my files, but it would cost me £300 .

This is just such a good tool So this is what happened I was making a recovery drive I reserved a partition for the recovery and I opened the recovery tool until not this one the windows built in one and I selected the 1.5GB partition which I made earlier until I realised it extended the volume and the whole drive was one partition I immediately pressed cancel I searched for file restorer tool this website is what came first so I went on it and started the free trial I scanned the drive and I managed to find the files and I have unsuccessfully recovered the files
