Thought I had lost my program as I had to completely re-install my Win 11. I had not backed up my code, and so emailed EaseUS. Explained and, within a couple of hours, received a email with my code and a link to the latest version, to reinstall. First class Customer Service !

Had a problem reinstalling a lifetime activation of an app purchased. Contacted support and received a chat rep named Quinn. Not a fan of chat, but to my surprise Quinn asked me via chat what could he do to help and I told him what happened and he did a reset and I was up and running in my shortest time ever.
