"30 day money back guarantee" is a joke! Wasnt able to recover my document and then the conditions weren't met to receive a refund. Typical bait and switch. Dont waste your money!

Don't advertise a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee if there are so many restrictions. Requesting a refund within 30 days still did not result in a full refund. Very disappointing.

Dopo aver installato le versione di prova Ero tentato dall'acquisto della licenza annuale ma costava troppo , quando stavo cancellando il programma più di una volta mi hanno inviato sconti per l'acquisto della stessa fino a quando non ho visto l'offerta di 29,13 euro ma non ho visto che era per una settimana . Ho pagato 29,13 euro per una settimana ed è riuscito ha recuperare solo 2 file .

DO NOT use EaseUS. Their advertising falsely claims that the software can unlock BitLocker-encrypted drives, which it cannot. After the software failed to work as advertised, I contacted customer support for assistance and was then told I would need to pay an additional $299.95 for technical support. Despite the product not performing as advertised, they are refusing to issue a refund. I believe this is misleading and extremely poor customer service.
