Sold me codes already in use and stopped responding
Ordered 30 codes for use on Amazon. 26 out of the 30 were ALREADY IN USE by another Amazon brand. When contacted for a certificate that we could provide Amazon to have the codes given to us, they gave me a run around and it took about 6 emails over a week before they gave me 4 new codes that worked. I am STILL trying to get the remaining 22 codes that I paid for, but their customer service has stopped responding and I've now sent 3 emails with no reply. Shaira in customer service is who I dealt with. Go somewhere else. Using this company is like gambling, and if you lose you truly lose.

Sorry to hear about your issue. Please reach out to us on the Contact page of our website and we will gladly help solve the issue. We respond to the vast majority of issues within 24 hours. All of the codes we will validate at the GS1. We guarantee this or 100% money back. We've also helped businesses sell on Amazon for a decade, we're sorry we weren't able to satisfy your expectations. We sell daily to business worldwide and guarantee our codes will work or money back. Some orders do have more specific troubleshooting requirements, but in the vast majority of cases the codes will work fine. Again, apologies about any issues and reach out to us so we can help you further.

You feel fooled all the way
there is no control over checkout, you don't understand what is happening and instead of giving you your numbers they force you to leave a review as a precondition of getting something that you already paid for.
