The UPC barcodes are not accepted by Amazon. The barcodes UPCs.com sell are registered to another organisation and cannot be used on Amazon if you have your own brand. I went through some support with them, they have since stopped responding at all because they can't resolve the issue or provide authorisation for us to use the barcodes they have sold to us. I strongly recommend anyone just pay the extra for official GS1 barcodes.

I have earned $318 through their platform after putting in a lot of time and effort. When I requested a withdrawal, they asked for my USDC Polygon wallet address, which I provided immediately. However, it has now been over a week, and I still haven’t received my payment. I have sent multiple emails to their support team, but either there is no response or only vague replies with no clear solution. This behavior is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about whether they actually pay their affiliates or not. If a company cannot process a small withdrawal like this in a reasonable time, it makes their entire system questionable. Warning to others: Be careful before investing your time and effort into this platform. Make sure they actually pay before trusting them. I hope they resolve my issue soon and process my payment.

Beware: they sell you codes that are already being used on Amazon and other online stores. When you complain, they ask a million questions but don't solve anything. Scam!!!

I purchased 5 UPC codes from upcs.com to list my product on Amazon, but all of the codes showed as already in use on Amazon. I contacted their support team multiple times, but they did not provide any solution. After two emails, they completely stopped responding. It appears they sell the same UPC codes to multiple customers, and whoever uses them first gets lucky. Their refund policy is completely useless. I requested a refund, but they never responded. It has been over two months, and I have received no resolution. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller. Stay away.

These guys are terrible - do not use them for your UPCs - They are no help and just send useless articles and never give you a direct answer or solution. Buyer beware they are not trust worthy . Thier website is no help and lacks proper info to set-up your codes

I recently spend 140 USD and buy barcode but now barcode file is not opening as it has error message. The customer service is very lacky

100% SCAM. Does NOT work on Amazon. Only the official Gs1 has the authority to produce the codes. They refuse to refund my money. Do NOT work with them.

Their website state Amazon accept their UPC codes but when you try and use them they don’t! They also say they can provide the necessary certifications but when you try and get them they ignore your emails. Don’t use this company if you want to pay for UPC codes you can use
