Sorry to hear about your issue. Please reach out to us on the Contact page of our website and we will gladly help solve the issue. We respond to the vast majority of issues within 24 hours. All of the codes we will validate at the GS1 and are unique to only you. We guarantee this or 100% money back. We've also helped businesses sell on Amazon for a decade, we're sorry we weren't able to satisfy your expectations. We sell daily to business worldwide and guarantee our codes will work or money back. Some orders do have more specific troubleshooting requirements, but in the vast majority of cases the codes will work fine. Again, apologies about any issues and reach out to us so we can help you further.
