This is literally my first time writing a review, but I ordered these silver thigh high heels weeks ago & still haven’t received them. They’re just now shipping from China & I needed them by tomorrow. Today is 10/28/21. & now idk what to do .

I ordered my boots 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t shipped them. I am beginning to wonder if these reviews are fake.

I ordered my shoes 3 weeks ago and im still waiting I paid for 3 day shipping still no shoes I will not be ordering from them again

This is the worst Company that I have ever purchased any shoes from! I got shoes that were the wrong size and defected! They gave me the run around as far as wanting me to keep them and sell them. They refuse to send me a return receipt and when I went to DHL to return them on my own it was over 100 dollars! Because the distribution is in China! Don’t buy anything from this Company they aren’t doing good Business! PayPal has them under investigation!

My boots got torn at the heel after ONE time of usage! I paid for express shipping and got it a MONTH later! Not worth 100 bucks!

Lol. I would give this "retailer" zero stars if possible. Ordered from their site on 12/25. Never received confirmation email, shipping status, etc. Contacted company and their excuse was that they no longer had the materials to make the item. However, they never attempted to contact me letting me know? Asked for a refund two weeks ago and they won't directly tell me when I will be receiving one. I'm pretty sure it's a scam site. Don't waste your time and avoid.

I am an actual customer. I ordered my boots on November 3rd 2020. On the website it say 1-3 days shipping. That is highly incorrect. Today November 17th 2020. I still haven’t received my boots yet. They said it’s because of COVID. Which at this point it’s very hard to believe. I have emailed them ( if a company doesn’t have a number to call I wouldn’t order), I have received lie after lie. They told me DHL has my package. When I called DHL they told me that they didn’t have the package. So many companies have been shipping packages out fast now, it makes me think if this company is real. I feel as though with COVID it has allowed people to open up false online stores. I will NEVER shop with this company again
