My wife ordered a pair of shoes, but realised a few days after ordering that the style would probably not fit as she has a high instep and the strap was not adjustable. I contacted Up2Step requesting cancellation of the order, expecting the cancellation/refund process would be difficult. Buji was very kind, understanding and patient and the refund went through quickly and smoothly. Thank you, Buji!

This was my first time ordering with this company, so I didn’t know what to expect. I placed the order ordering a size larger from my original size just to be on the safe side. My order was delivered unfortunately I was not able to fit the shoes I reached out to customer service To request larger sizes, they were very responsive. They understood my request and sent larger sizes with no problem. I received my new order and everything fits perfectly. I love my shoes and I plan on ordering in the near future.
