Great Customer Service
I ordered a pair of beautiful silver pumps from Up2Step. I had a sizing issue (too big) and had to re-order a smaller size. Their customer service was extremely helpful and prompt. They sent over my preferred size with no issues. I am very happy with their customer service and will definitely order from them again. Keep in mind, it does take a bit of time but if you're in no rush, definitely order from Up2Step!

Pretty leather shoes in a reasonable price
It takes awhile before I got my shoes since it came from Hongkong. The shoes are pretty, and it worth to wait. The price is very reasonable for a leather material. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I absolutely love my shoes!
I absolutely love my shoes! I purchased shoes from Up2step for my wedding and I am so happy with how they turned out. They are a perfect fit and comfortably padded. They did take a long time to ship but that is expected since they are coming from China. So I made sure to order well ahead of my event and first dress fitting. It is well worth the wait though!

Absolutely stunning shoes!!
Absolutely stunning shoes!!! Having the ability to customize the heel size made these heels so comfortable! The satin use is high quality and the delicate bow is just gorgeous. Even though these are for my wedding, I keep putting them on to admire them <3 I got them a size larger than I usually wear to accommodate the narrow toe and possibly adding a gel insert as I plan to be wearing these all day on my wedding. I wear a size 8 1/2 US and ordered a size 9. The fit is amazing and the soles that the shoes were made with are already incredibly comfortable. The shoes came well packaged for travel. Please have patience on receiving these jewels as usps is running very slow, but they are worth the wait <3
