Ordered 2 pairs of knee high boots that I could see would easily would fit my calf. Standard UK sizes don't fit me at all and I struggle to get nice, fashionable, good quality boots that fit. Until now! So thrilled with my boots I will be ordering more.

These boots were an excellent buy. The leather is so beautiful. If you measured like it instructs the size is perfect. I recommend these boots. I also purchased them in black and plan to purchase them in brown

Found this website through Instagram so I was a little weary. I ordered a pair of shoes and paid for the express shipping. When my shoes did not come within the time frame I had paid for, I emailed customer service and asked for an update. They quickly emailed me back and explained the shoes would not make in time to meet the express window I paid for due to Covid delays in shipping. They where very generous and REFUNDED the express shipping charge to me. After that the shoes came, they where so big I couldn’t even wear them. I emailed them once again and asked them how to go about exchanging the pair I had for a smaller size. They not only let me keep the pair I had, but they sent me the new size for FREE. I was honestly surprised at the great costumer service I received along with the quick responses I got everyone I emailed them. I will absolutely be shopping with them again. The shoes where great quality and I wore them all night. Sizing is a little big so go down a size down If you’re unsure.

I just need to buy a measuring tape because they can custom make ur shoes as well Great price point the shoes are well made heavy beautiful n sturdy. I can't wait to receive my other shoes n purchase more in the future baby I wish American companies were as wonderful
