They are very professional and will respond to your email promptly. My shoes got delivered on time and I love love love them! They are exactly as advertised online. So happy with them and will definitely order more shoes from them.

Best experience with this company. Everything was done with ease and precision. My shoe size was verified in varied ways to make sure it would be the perfect fit. They were very diligent and patient as they help me even when I messed up. I finally got my shoes that I and everyone love. Shipping was fast. The packaging was a delight, a dainty gift. I do recommend this company. Will do business with them again.👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered the wrong size shoe and they were very quick to respond and help me get the correct pair. One of the best experiences online I've had.

Fast shipping. Had a size issue and they responded very quickly. Thanks

I was a bit dubious about ordering shoes online, and particularly from China, as have had some poor experiences in the past, but was after a particular shade of blue and this was the only place I could find it. They take your specific foot measurements and contacted me by email immediately after placing the order to check some details and confirm my shoe size. Delivery was stated as 2 - 4 weeks and it took just short of 4 weeks, so in line with what I was expecting. The shoes arrived well packaged, each shoe in an individual bag and wrapped in tissue paper and a beautiful satin bow. I also loved the extra touch of heel grips and sole pads included to be added to the shoes if needed. The colour was true to the website, shoes are well made and comfortable. I would definitely order from them again.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE BOOTS ! Received so many compliments ! Although there isnt a zipper they are easy to slide on.

Excellent product and excellent customer service! A couple pairs of my shoes were delayed shipping due to the global pandemic issues. However the Up2Step team worked with me to keep me informed on the status of my order. I definitely plan to order more shoes from them! ☺️

I'm giving 5 stars just for the outstanding customer service. I ordered a pair of ombre shoes, when they arrived they weren't the pair that I wanted. I immediately contacted customer service via email and advised them of my issues. They responded in a timely fashion (due to the time difference), with options to either replace or refund my purchase. I wanted to still get a pair of shoes so I opted for a different pair, they processed a replacement order and the pair I received were absolutely gorgeous. I can't wait wear my new shoes and order a pair of bootsy next go round.
