UP2STEPReviews of up2step.com

The experience that I had was amazing! The boots and the color were just perfect. The wait time was much shorter than expected and everything was 100% in my book. I will be purchasing some other boots as you have rare finds!!!! Keep up the GREAT WORK you guys!!!! But from them- you won’t be sorry!! Signed _EXTREMELY SATISFIED

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Initially i was very hesitant because the physical address listed reflects Deleware but they are actually in China. I paid express and contacted them right away regarding shipping and Binu assured me that they would get my order to me as quickly as possible and she delivered‼️ Ordered: 1/13/22 Received: 1/21/22 Not bad from Hong Kong to Maryland USA. I am very appreciative of the great customer service, fast shipping, and good quality. I will be shopping again.

first pair of shoes were too tight. I contacted Up2step and they sent me a larger pair right away at no cost. Already have ordered another pair from them in a different style. Will continue to shop with Up2step.

Beautiful shoes AND amazing customer service!! 10/10!! I’m a person that’s very hesitant to buy shoes online but Up2Step was really just so great and helpful. I had been looking everywhere for a pair of platform boots but I couldn’t find a style I really loved till I saw them on Up2Step; sleep, black & plenty of platform❤️I fell in love! I was still a bit hesitant after ordering since it was taking a while for my order to arrive and emailed customer service(when ordering online sometimes it’s hard to remember how c0vid has affected us😓), & OhMyGosh while the shoes are definitely amazing I think the customer service is what really made me fall in love😄❤️ They were so attentive, helpful & quick to respond; They quickly updated me on the status of my order & even sent me a link to track it. I’m not exaggerating when I say this is the best customer service I have EVER experienced. After my shoes arrived I once again fell in love (yes, lots of love declaration lol) but unfortunately, I did notice there was some damage to the shoes, but Up2Step Customer Service was on the case!! I once again emailed them and, after explaining the issue, they were so quick to respond and send me a new pair❤️I wear these shoes every weekend and they’re the most beautiful AND comfortable boots I’ve ever worn. So, if you’re thinking of buying shoes online from here: yes!! (Take it from a very picky shopper lol)

I am in love with my boots! I ordered the snake print thigh high boots and they are so beautiful! I get compliments every time I wear them. I will definitely be ordering from Up2step again.
