This was my 1st time ordering from Up2step, at 1st I was a little worried because sometimes the picture does not like the actual product. I was HIGHLY pleased by the quality of the shoes I ordered. I also had a problem with sizing, the customer service reps were really helpful and help me with my problem. I definitely recommend this company and I will order again...you will not be disappointed!!

Most beautiful shoes ever!
I got Sexy Denim Heeled Pumps...Love, love, loveeeeee them!!!! These shoes are on point!!! The price is perfect, the quality is excellent and the sizing is just right! It comes with a cute box, an orange satin ribbon tied around it, very elegantly packaged. It didn't take a long time to get them.

Thus far customer service has been excellent. My only gripe is the long wait for my shoes to get here. Perhaps I'm being inpatient, but I'm super excited and cannot wait to receive them.
