At first I thought it was a scam, but in reality it is a trustworthy website. The quality of the product is very good. The customer service is also very nice and replies very quickly. I ordered the wrong boot size and they gave me a new pair right away.

Great experience with them. Bought a bag for my wife and it was just what I was expecting. It was missing some straps unfortunately. I contacted their customer support and they sent the straps right away. Very efficient.

Up2step.com was a great experience! The shoes I ordered were good quality and so cute. I had so many compliments!! Additionally, their customer support was super helpful when my first pair didn’t fit right. They got me a new pair sent quickly and they were very responsive and professional.
