I bought a pair of boots for my girlfriend as a gift for Christmas. I happened to get the wrong size. We reached out through email about the situation and up2step was able to correct the problem. They sent a pair with the rite size and my girlfriend and I were so grateful for there understanding. They went above and beyond for us. The quality of material and craftsmanship of the boots were solid. We will definitely shop here again. Thank you so much to the staff at up2step. Great work. We are very satisfied
