The order was delayed longer than I anticipated due to holidays, but when I reached out about it, Customer Service was fantastic - prompt, kind, supportive, and I received my order within a week.

Was looking for blue suede boots and finally found them after years of searching. They are gorgeous, comfortable and made of good quality. I had to size down 1 size. Extremely happy with my purchase that I will order another color. Love my boots!
