booked accommodation 1 year ago ,no contact no refund ,promise to contact ,accommodation in Singapore paid A$282.00. on the 21st June 2101.

A bunch of crooks. I paid C$422.00 for a ten night stay in London. I was so looking forward to my holiday. I requsted a refund over six months ago havent heard a word back from them.

Anyone who managed to get their money back recently? I just found out about it going into administration, so frustrated they haven't informed anyone. It's been over a year for me since I booked a hotel deal via unsold.com I already filled out the form but haven't received anything back in response, not even an email confirming my form submission. Just wondering if anyone had any luck recently or is it best to just forget about it and move on?

Bought for Byron Bay and I only found out they went bust was when I went onto Unsold website. Really bad that they did not inform their customers that the company had folded. I have sent an email to waylon.white(at)unsold.com and management(at)bookvip.com as someone else suggested. I also tried calling Bookvip.com on (02) 8311 8899(which is on their website). This is an Australian number so it went to voicemail as they are situated in the US and different time zones. Now it's just a waiting game to see who and IF anyone responds.

OMG!!! I placed a 1 star review today,as I just knew now that they filed bankruptcy but just how frustrated I am as I did not get any EMAIL informing us all along since last year. I will re review until I get a REFUND from our pre booking Promo they have for Queenstown NZ. Where do I start from here to get our FULL REFUND.Pls Share kindly. Thank You Unhappy Nurse

Bonjour, J’ai eu le même problème que vous j’ai payé un voyage pour les Maldives un peu près trois cents 50 € puis lorsque j’ai voulu réserver mon hôtel le site était fermé cause de Covid. J’ai fait ma réclamation avec mon adresse mail ils m’ont dit qu’il me recontacterai mais je n’ai aucune nouvelle. Et lorsque je retourne sur le site avec mon adresse mail ils me disent que la demande est déjà transféré. Que pensez-vous faire? Creons-nous un groupe pour les poursuivre ? Deborah

Along with most others on this site, I pre paid a hotel stay but was told they went bankrupt. My booking was cancelled (it was placed via Expedia of all vendors). Submitted refund request in August 2021, STILL WAITING. Can’t do a chargeback due to it being over 90 days. Lesson learnt.

I had bought a super saver package for Bangkok in Dec. 2020 that I could use during the next 24 months and never received a message that the company had to close down. I just realized it happened when trying to see what was available. Even though they claim they would refund everyone, I have fulfilled the form of the site but received no answer so far. I hope my bank will find a solution. There is a group on Facebook with people having the same problems...
