Homewood Suites was clean, everyone wore masks, the staff was helpful and prompt when needed, and breakfast was light, quick and served hot. We will definitely use Unsold services again the next time we’ll plan for another exciting holiday.

Found them on FB - booked our trip to Edinburgh and we stayed in Crowne Plaza Edinburgh. Our first trip out for a meal and a drink after the lockdown - and it was superb. The staff are very friendly, smoked salmon with juicy capers & all the trimmings was delicious. Very well stocked bar with great selection of gins and whisky. Very tasty fish and chips. Spacious, restful and relaxing. Great garden area too. We’ll be back and use Unsold.com again.

We saw the ad on Facebook and decided to give Unsold a try as saw they had 100% refund policy. We a got a great deal for Royal St. Charles in New Orleans. Rooms are decently large. We got a super clean bed and plenty of towels. Staff was very professional and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel and Unsold to everyone looking to save some money.

Used Unsold.com for the first time. We purchased a saver deal for Wyndham Dubai Marina. The Food, service, location and room are 5 / 5. Good location, about 15-20 min walking distance from the Jumeirah Beach Residence. Friendly staff, the receptionist Nour helped me choose a room with a great side view.

Set in trees around a golf course, it was quiet and a very relaxing weekend - we had a great time in Mercure Gold Coast Resort, got a great deal from Unsold.com. The hotel staff were very friendly and at times went above and beyond in their service. We were staying there to go on a hot air balloon ride. We were picked up at 3.30am from The Mercure to then head to the take off point. We had the buffet breakfast and there were lots of choices. Make a special mention about one of the cleaners who left a really lovely note telling us to have a really great day and it definitely made my day reading it when we got back to the room. Thank you Jennifer and thank you Unsold - will definitely use your website again.

I'm so excited to write this review as just got back from our San Diego vacation. We stayed the Hilton only a short distance from the Gas Lamp District. The Zoo is still open which is great even with Covid and the kids love the Pandas! I was a little skeptical however with the free refund / free reschedule we were willing to take a chance because of the savings! I am glad we did as the hotel staff, food, service, was over the top and we felt very safe with all the precautions in place with Covid. I now have a new goal in life which is to be able to travel like this with my kids and create more memories like this.

We booked through Unsold.com to the Renaissance hotel. Unsold was everything they said they were. This was our third time to use them. We spent one week at this fabulous hotel. The check-in/out process, food, beach, pools, and activities - everything was memorable. Take the time to discover this property as they have invested time and money in order to preserve nature.

Great customer service response on real time. The border closed to Queensland due to Covid however the customer service was able to get us moved at no charge.
