Criminal investigation urgently required they have scammed thousands of people

Today I got an email from unsold.com saying their business is ceased while I had bought and booked a travel to Whistler. I called Hilton hotel as I supposed to arrive there next week but I was told my booking has already canceled by Expedia! I was charged for this travel by bookvip.com These companies work together; Unsold.com sold our travel, bookvip.com charged me and Expedia canceled my booking at hotel just few days before arrival ! What is my right? Just losing money? What is this if it is not a fraud ?

If I could give zero stars I would. Unsold have gone bust and despite us booking our hotel through them 4 months ago, the hotel has advised there is no booking. Thankfully I read the reviews on here and found that it. Imagine if we’d flown there and no hotel. No hotel and no refund. Extremely disappointing.

Not sure what is going on but the website is down and I see nothing but reviews today that people are told they have ceased operations. I have three vacations that are supposed to be redeemed, including Santorini that I am trying to book now. I called Customer Service and was told to leave a message. " Unsold.com is temporarily unavailable. Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. Please check back soon. We apologize for any inconvenience. — Unsold.com Team"

unsold.com took my money and ran I paid $297USD (400 CND) last year for a 3 night portland hotel stay. Due to travel restrictions I have not used it yet. Went to look at booking and the website is down. E-mailed and got the following response: "Dear consumer, We regret to inform you that despite all efforts, Unsold.com has been forced to cease normal business operations effective immediately and will not be able to fulfill your future travel reservation(s). Our business has succumbed to the unrelenting effects of COVID-19, including the new delta variant that continues to wreak havoc on the travel industry with extended government-imposed travel restrictions, hotel closures, limited availability, rising fulfillment costs, and massive cancellations, all resulting in exorbitant unforeseen costs. These factors have made it impossible for Unsold.com to continue operations. Please contact your hotel or accommodations-provider directly for information related to any pending reservation(s) you may have. Humbly, Unsold.com"

I paid for a package to Whistler for $270 last year. I went to book it a few days ago and found my dates and hotel I wanted. When I clicked book now it said the website was undergoing maintenance. I filled in a contact form and never heard anything. I found a couple email addresses online and forwarded my email and now it says they have ceased operations and are unable to fulfill my reservation.

Unsold.com website is down, nobody answers phone. Emails bounce back as undeliverable. I had a confirmed reservation in Barcelona for one week. Today I contacted the hotel to confirm and they told me the reservation was cancelled. 4 days before I'm supposed to check-in! No response from Unsold.com!
