Hi Ren, Can you help me out. I am thinking of buying this deal for Hobart myslef but bit concerned if the dates and hotel they say will be in the list are actually in it. Looks to be too good to be true. I am looking for late Jan 2021

Been seeing a lot of come-ons on facebook for this site. We are going to the Seychelles next year and thought we might try to test book one night through unsold.com as a test. Although we were disappointed in the property we got the company was very responsive when I notified them of my disappointment and promptly canceled and refunded the booking. They also offered me another option to book one of their super saver deals (3 nights for 297.00) with an option to cancel which I also tried. Again, I didn't like the property and so I asked to cancel and was again promptly refunded. It seems the inventory of properties they get is dependent on the location and the suppliers who sign up with them. In some small locals like the Seychelles there may be just a few suppliers and so the options are very limited. In others with larger inventories like the U.S and Europe or Asia there may be many more options and better offers. However, with some of the incredible deals they are offering (ex. $296/5 nights in Tokyo) they seem to be a new disrupter in the travel industry which is always good for competition and budget travelers like ourselves. And moreover, their responsiveness to customer complaints and feedback takes the edge off any disappointment if you dont like the property. So it makes sense to check out their deals (make sure its refundable) and see if you like the property AND then compare the price on another booking site to see if you are getting a meaningful discount. In a market with more unsold inventory, you could actually snag a great hotel at an incredible price point.

Purchased Perth .. unfortunately details not exactly as described.but I expressed my concerns and unsold.com were extremely professional and dealt with the Issue immediately. full refund in 2 days! Thanks unsold for being so responsive. Impressed.

GREAT SERVICE AND PRICE THANKS, MY ONLY CONCERN IS THAT I LIVE IN NEW SOUTH WALES AND BECAUSE OF THE CORONA VIRUS QUEENSLAND HAS FULLY CLOSED ITS BORDERS, WE CAN'T GET IN, IF IT STILL LIKE THAT IN JANUARY IS IT NOT POSSIBLE TO POSTPONE THE DATE OR GET A REFUND AS IT IS OUT OF OUR HANDS, KIND REGARDS

So far from what I saw seem great but have not try it yet so... Reason I chose this business: I got Bali, Cancun, Memphis, Lake Tahoe and couple others....
