UNREAL MobileReviews of unrealmobile.com

There's not enough space on this site to tell the ongoing problems I've had in just the past two years with this company. Tonight, 9/20/24, 9:30pm, I am actually using my Unreal WIFI and thought I'd get on the site to see how much LTE I have left...when I tried to get on their site, I get nothing for a long time, then a window that says "504 Gateway Time-out"...WHY? I'm SO sick of this company that when the renewal is up on 10/15, I probably will NOT stay with Unreal...absolutely the most UN-dependable company around!

I had an annual plan ($180/year) with unlimited low speed data and they recently decided to stop offering unlimited low speed on their new phone plans. Rather than honor the plan I purchased, they shut off my data completely after I’d used up my high speed one month and told me I’d need to purchase more data. They lied to me on the phone and told me my current plan does not involve unlimited low speed data. I looked back in my email and found verification from the initial purchase and it indeed did show unlimited low speed data. After I called them out on the phone, they finally turned my data back on. I’ve been with unreal on an annual plan for 4 years but because of their deceitful practices I’m now switching to red pocket.

The price is good, but it's definitely a "get what you pay for" situation. Sometimes my phone just stopped receiving calls (even when I have multiple reception bars and phone is in full call-receiving mode), and customer service is hard to reach and not particularly helpful.
