Very high pressure sales tactics. After looking into it further it’s not what we expected so we canceled. Now we have been battling for two months trying to get a refund they promised they would send to me.

RIP OFF. Auto pay credit card on file expired. Domain is flagged as spam because they are RELENTLESS with the spam and therefore I never received notifications, not to mention during a global pandemic vacation is the last thing on the mind. Used the service one time, and after giving this company $10,000 with 40+ payments and with 7 payments remaining to pay off contract, they cancelled the account and refused to understand situation or reinstate.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM WHEN YOU ARE ON YOUR VACATION. It is a total rip off. Once in the contract it is impossible to get out. BUYER BEWARE. Their services are not VIP like they tell/sell you. You just get suckered into paying a higher price than booking direct. 1 star is too many.

Scammers !!
