Repeated phone calls from UV to the point where it is harassment, as I have advised the customer service rep that I've ALS and no longer will require UV services. Goes thru one ear and out the other. Very ignorant people!

My husband and I have been Members of the Club for 10 years. We payed around $17000 for our silver membership. Plus the year fees. We have not been able to book with them any resort with “member discount “ because it’s always cheaper with Expidia. When you call to complain that you booked with Expidia they told me we would not get any member benefits because it seems to get the benefits we have to book thru the club. I am furious how can they get away with this scam. Please when they approach you offering the world to became a member RUN AWAY DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY. It’s not worth it. Paula Hernandez

My name is Ricky Watt and I am currently on vacation at your DREAMS Playa Bonita location with my lovely wife. I sadly would like to share my complaints I have as the promise of having the best customer service has not been fulfilled by the management team at this resort. I have been trying to contact DREAMS Panama who were in charge of our transportation to and from the airport. On the reservation, the name of our mother in law who was not on the trip was the only one found somehow. We were thus not given transportation when we arrived here and were left stranded in a foreign country we know little about. The manager was apologetic but did not take responsibility. She had both my wife and I’s emails address so I am unsure as to how we arrived at this conflict. No one tried to help and we tried calling everyone but we were still left stranded.They had my mother in law name down for the reservation....Now my wife thinks Im attracted to my mother in law. We are members of the all-inclusive club and pay a lot of money for the membership. I tried different ways. The patrons and hotel itself are great, however the management could use some sensitivity training to hopefully make customer services better. The manager’s name of the hotel was Yannyreth Leal. She brushed off my complaints despite the fact that this is her hotel she's managing. All I was trying to do was to see if there was any way to accommodate us and move forward from this issue as we are still having difficulty arranging transportation to the airport on our departure. I am contemplating canceling my Unlimited vacation membership for Costa Rica . I spent $100.00 to pay a local taxi to take me to transport us to Dreams Playa Bonita also They have not fixed our names that we are here. I feel management here is very lackadaisical. Im cancelling this unlimited vacation club vacation memebership. I felt mislead, ricky watt

Horrible experience. They offer you lots of alcohol then pressure you to sign a contract while inebriated. It was a choice but this shows their level of integrity. The contract isn't great and they use unethical tactics to sell it to you. We asked if we could review the contract and make a final decision later they told us that the offer would be off the table and we would not get the opportunity again. Furthermore, the rates that were discussed were not the rates that we see on the website when we try to book. We feel misled, manipulated, and lied to. We are desperately trying to cancel now.

DO NOT waste your money on this so called 'club'. I never write reviews but this place is a JOKE and I need to voice my opinion before anyone else gets duped like I did. We never got to use any discounts. they send codes in the mail but need your to send back via email and nothing happens. you are better off using Expedia.

The high pressure sales tactics plying you witu alcohol until you final give in. Our only saving grace was that we had the free 7 nights and the voucher for a further 3 free nights. Firstly they found a 'reason' not ro honour the 3 nights, apparently we were supposed to book within six months of issue even though the voucher clearly stated twelve months to which their response was that our voucher was wrong. When we then booked out complimentary nights, we made sure we had in writing the terms and conditions. When we booked the nights were honoured but due to Covid the resort was closed, UVC advised we could rebook and gave is a deadline date of when we could book by. Once again, despite booking before the deadline we were told they would not honour the booking because we were out of the time frame on our original complimentary nights, despite the fact that the resort was actually closed, UVC told us we should used the nights that had been booked. Absolutely refused to honour it and gave us a pathetic (what they call) complimentary VIP week which we have to pay $1600 for. Disgraceful! So not only am I completely out of pocket due to their rip off membership but now a further $1600 to stay which doesnt actually save me any money because every website I have checked - it actually costs the same to check in without the so called privilege of UVC membership. I advise to ignore at all costs.

I have a platinum membership and free nights left. I booked a week at one of their resorts in Mexico. I had to cancel because I was diagnosed with cancer. I need to start chemo and radiation ASAP. I was asked to provide a letter from my oncologist to confirm it. I did so. After speaking with three different supervisors I was only provided with an extension of three weeks to book with no opportunity to cancel again. I am in no position to know if and when I could travel again. I asked for another opportunity to cancel again if my treatment was not completed. They did not care. I was not heard and they did not show any compassion. Stay away from joining this club. It is a scam.
