I love my new topper. My children said it looks so natural just like my own hair. The other day I went to sally beauty supply looking for wig shampoo and conditioner. I held some of my ( topper hair ) to one of the store clerk who was a hair dresser at a salon for over 20 yrs.She was like oh wow this is not your actual hair. what is this hair extensions. An I told her well it’s kinda like a wig and it’s called a hair topper from uniwigs. I am so pleased with my purchase. I cant wait to wear and show it off!! Have a great day!

I suffered a lot of hair loss starting a few months after having Covid. I began searching for options online and found Uniwigs. I placed an order, but changed my mind on what I wanted and called the company. I quickly reached a real person and she changed my order for me even though the new order cost much less than my previous one. I received my “Melanie” topper within a week and I love it! Im extremely happy with my purchase and I’ve got my eye on several more toppers I hope to purchase in the future even if my natural hair grows back as it will never be the quality of hair on these toppers… and, yes, they are real human hair. They also have human hair wigs as well as synthetic toppers and wigs. Anyway, I will be ordering from Uniwigs again very soon!

I just received my Courtney hair topper one week ago and have been wearing it all the time! It's so lightweight and friendly for beginners. I have been worked on "how to choose a right hair topper" for so long time before I really place a order online. I am sure you can feel that if you are also new with toppers. And I know that so many companies they only sell silk base toppers in pretty large base size, and their price is just so freaking high and not a good option for beginners. Honestly, not so many people can afford a hair pieces which is above thousands dollars. FORTUNATELY, i found uniwigs! They have so many types of base sizes and base materials, like mono toppers, lace toppers and even silk and skin toppers. Cap size from 5.5" X 5.5" small one to 10"X 10" large full coverage. I could say you could find everything you want on their website, haha!

So far I have purchased 2 Lavivid collection synthetic wigs and I absolutely love them. The two units are: Alice and Holly. I have many other wigs and have been wearing pieces and wigs for a few years now, but I was suddenly lost in my hair-loss journey, this past year when my hair started coming out in chucks due to an autoimmune disorder (psoriatic arthritis) and meds and stresses of life, etc... I was so depressed I didn't feel like I had any control over my life or even my hair. And I used to be a hairstylist too. I can't explain the frustration and defeat... Until I found Uniwigs and their Lavivid collection!! Not only did I find my alternative hair, but it opened my eyes to the possibilities and gave me a feeling of power back in my life and even some hope. The pictures Uniwigs puts for their units just doesn't even give the wigs justice. That's why I had to post some pics of Holly from the Lavivid collection in smokey sand. Their hairlines are absolutely amazing! I can't even imagine how beautiful the human hair units are!!! For all my cool toned, red-undertone ladies out there, Holly in smokey sand is absolutely beautiful. Uniwigs colors seem to be able to work for multiple skin tones due to the beautiful highlights, lowlights and rooting. OMG, the fibers are so soft too! If you do check out the pictures of Holly, Don't mind my no-makeup look in my review pictures, lol. I have psoriasis and for the first time, in a long time, I love how I look now. I'm 39 but feel 25 in these beauties! These Uniwigs have given me confidence back! I can't say enough good things about them. Lol Even down to their customer service, the people behind the scenes, are all compashionate professionals. Their units are getting better and better and I'm excited for the new styles coming out and the endless possibilities. Their caps are so comfortable, breathable and truly works of art that you can wear! Thank you Uniwigs!

Where do I start with the awful service I've had from uniwigs. Ordered a human hair topper with a dispatch time of 3-5 days. No sign of it shipping in the specified time so reached out via their online chat and also various social media channels. No response for almost a week. Opened a PayPal dispute as no contact. To then be told that my item would be another 4 weeks on top of the 2 weeks I already waited. They also refused to ship until I closed the dispute although I told them that would leave me unprotected by paypal. Was then told a manager would call to discuss my options within 24 hours. Surprise surprise NO phonecal. Messaged them again via webchat to be told my order is being cancelled and it would be another 48 hours for them to cancel and refund me. Why?? Pretty sure you can cancel and refund straight away instead of dragging it out. And now 2 days later still waiting for the cancellation and refund. Absolutely awful customer service from uniwigs UPDATE just to say after the response to my review there has been NO follow up email from uniwigs. As usual they are full of s**t

I purchased the 6"x6" Claire Upgrade Mono Top Lace Front Human Hair Topper in almond frost (16", 130% density). This was after purchasing two other toppers from other companies that were a disaster and looked fake and/or terrible color or fit. The UniWigs topper is fantastic! I took it to my hairdresser, and the color was such a perfect match, all that was needed was two small highlights to my natural hair around my face. She washed the wig, dried it, put it on me, trimmed away the lace front, trimmed the hairpiece just slightly longer than my natural hair, and then curled it. Nothing had to be done to my own natural hair except to curl the very front of my own hair along with the hairpiece to blend it. She was astounded at how natural it looks. It holds very tight (and my natural hair is very thin on top, so not a lot of hair to clip to), even when I bend over. It takes 30 seconds to put on, and it's been two weeks, and I haven't had to wash it yet (I don't put any product on it except heat protectant before curling), and it still looks clean and held the curl. I have gotten so many compliments...people don't know it's a hairpiece, they just know something is different! I could not be happier with it! Completely lifechanging!

In the past, I know nothig about toupees. When I come into this website first, the customer service staff give me much help about how to buy wigs. when I get toupee, I find it is fantastic. I love it. 100% satisfied.
