We want to clarify that prior to shipment, the topper was carefully washed and conditioned, and we did not notice any changes in the color or quality at that time. While we understand that you've used products that have worked for you in the past, please note that we cannot assume responsibility for how specific products might affect the topper, as different products can have varying effects on hair. We do recommend retouching or toning the topper to adjust the color back to your preference. Additionally, if you're looking for a darker, ashier tone, dyeing the topper could be an option to achieve that look. In line with our return policy, unfortunately, the order does not meet the criteria for return or exchange. However, we did provide a solution in our previous email and would be happy to proceed with that if it works for you. We’re eager to help resolve this matter to the best of our ability.
