UniWigs is great! They're responsive with inquiries, the wigs are nice shake and wear options, ideal for a special event or for summertime. I tried the Modern Luxe wig and the colour is so beautiful and natural, the lace is decent, especially for my fair skin tone it can be hard to find lace that matches nicely. I've been wearing it here and there for 2 months and I'm still happy with it. It's very light weight though so I'll transition to something more densely crafted for winter 😊

I have had several Uniwigs pieces, and they continually get better and find ways to improve the quality and comfortability of each wig. The Amelie wig is absolutely gorgeous - I think this is a great, wearable style that a lot of women would look amazing in. The cap construction is so comfortable from the 100% hand tied cap to the silicone ear tabs and nape - if you are someone that has a sensitive scalp from hairloss or chemo, this cap would be amazing for you. Previously, I bought from 2 sellers where I live. One sold me a topper she never should have and the other was the worst seller of anything I have ever encountered (lies, delays, wrong hair). I wasted over 3k that took me a long time to save up. I took a chance on Uniwigs and I am so happy I did as I was running out of time with my natural hair. My Breeze topper is Burmese hair, which is slightly wavy in the middle, and more wavy on the bottom. My natural hair is wavy with little shine, so it blends in nicely. I am thinning on the top so the 120 density is the right amount. Any more is too much at this stage. Please note, while shopping for basically anything on the internet, a lot of items will appear darker in person than portrayed on line due to professional lighting. My topper looks darker with my bathroom lighting but in natural light, it is lighter. If in different lighting, you might take it out of the box and think, holy cow, this is too dark! My topper took almost 8 weeks to arrive and I found customer service to be friendly and helpful. When I received it, I waited a few days before removing the tags or doing anything to it to make sure this was what I needed. Before pressing that 'pay now' button, please read the return policy first, and twice for higher priced items, to see if it suits you.

I started my nightmare experience with Uniwigs in Sept when I ordered the Airy Elegance in Icy Blonde Melt. The first picture shows what they sent me. I think the "melt" is horrible but they said it meets their quality standards. As a goodwill gesture they offered me a 10% refund on the piece or a 35% discount on another topper. So after several conversations with them hoping to get a nicer blonde topper I settled on the Amber Silk in Vanilla Butter Blonde. They told me it was a bright blonde with cool and warm blonde highlights. They sent me the bottom picture showing the lovely shading in the topper. But what they sent me was this mousy blonde topper with yellow highlights. When I said this was nothing like the picture and videos they sent they told me their studio lighting can cause a piece to look brighter than it actually is. Then they said I had to pay return shipping ($15) and a $50 restocking fee. Oh! And no I can no longer have the original offer of a 10% refund. So I gave them a second chance and now I have no topper and am out another $65!! I ended up ordering the Rachel Welch Top Billing in Shaded Biscuit. I ordered it from Amazon because their return policy is much better. No return shipping cost and no restocking fee. It is gorgeous!!! It is everything I hoped the Uniwigs topper would be. I can not believe how much better it is. Do yourself a favor and don't gamble with Uniwigs. Apparently you might get something nice. But you might not. Since going through this process I have seen several other people complaining that they ordered more than one piece and each one looks different. I wish I saw those reviews before I spent my money and time on Uniwigs. Oh! And I tried to post reviews on their website but they are never approved. They only approve 5 star reviews.

Finding the right blonde shade can honestly be a whole journey, and it usually takes trying a few different colors before landing on the one that feels “right.” We are really sorry your orders with us didn’t match what you were hoping for — that’s definitely not the experience we want anyone to have. Just to clarify a bit on our side: after you reached out, we did process a full refund for the Amber Silk topper, and we also issued the 10% refund on your first order as originally promised. Those were both completed after our conversations. As for color variation, it can happen with any human-hair piece, no matter the brand. Lighting, screens, and even natural hair variation can make a shade look different in photos or videos. But honestly, I’m genuinely happy you found a topper you love, even if it wasn’t from us. Feeling confident in your hair is what really matters. We’re also continuing to work on new blonde shades, and hopefully one day we’ll have something that matches exactly what you’re looking for. You’re always welcome to give us another try down the road. And about the reviews — we definitely do approve all kinds of feedback, not just 5-star ones. Celestine wig is wow! This heat-resistant synthetic wig really surprised me! The fibers feel very soft to the touch, and the natural brown color looks just like untreated hair. I decided to slightly trim the bangs to make them straight across my lashes — just a small adjustment that’s easy to do if you’re comfortable with it. It looks incredibly realistic, you’d never guess it’s synthetic! I’ve styled it both straight with a flat iron and with soft waves, and it looks beautiful either way.
